Dear Ronnie, We were in Ottawa for the Winterlude and your high performance boots and raincoat was a relief for our puppy Jaq. Jaq was actually pulling us while we were skating on the frozen Rideau Canal! If he did not have the high performance boots on, his little paws would have for sure been frost bitten. We actually call his raincoat his snow suit because he knows that he can roll around in the snow once he has it on. While we were walking around Parliament Hill in Ottawa Jaq was attracting attention everywhere he went. Everyone was extremely interested in his boots and his raincoat. The photographer for the Ottawa Sun just happened to notice all the attention Jaq was receiving as well. So he ask me if he could photograph Jaq and I to appear on the Ottawa Sun the next day. Well, it just so happened that we appeared on page 3 wearing all the Neo-Paws gear! You were a hit in Ottawa and Quebec Ronnie! Everyone we ran into on the street were asking about Neo-Paws. And we promoted and talked about you with great success! Let me tell you, have a shih tzu as a pet requires a lot of time grooming due to their long and thick coat. | Dear Roanna I do hope that all is well with you. Khan would like to thank you very much again for his boots as without them it would be totally impossible to go out for a walk. Many people comment on his boots and children are fascinated by a dog wearing boots! We walk about 1 mile every day as I have a harness that his back legs fit through to enable me to help his balance and take a bit of his weight. Khan is a large German Shepherd and weighs in at about 42kg, walking every day carrying this weight is certainly making me a lot fitter! We went last week back to see his Vet who is a Neurologist and she was very impressed with his boots. Thank you, Lesley and Khan |

| Dear Neo-Paws Lady, I just wanted to write and thank you so very much myself and on behalf of my friend, Wyn, and her dear doggy "Reilly", for all your wonderful help and trouble in providing the very excellent bootees. I think you have already received a message from my sister in Canada as we wanted to let you know as soon as possible how perfect the bootees are. The fit is wonderful and dear Reilly must be finding them so very comfortable as Wyn tells me that he just bounces about when he is wearing them and even scratches with his front paws as if they weare his own feet ! He can now run anywhere in the field where Wyn takes him for his daily walks without her being afraid that he will get thorns and grit etc in his long-haired paws and it no longer matters whether the ground is rough or too hard for him. He is quite an elderly doggy and has several health problems, although his vet, Cyril, is marvelous and is keeping him very well with necessary medication. But the bootees seem to have given Reilly his confidence back too with his walking - he used to tread quite gingerly and ice and cold conditions made things very worrying for him and Wyn. She says how easy the bootees are to put on and that the length of the legs support him even more. We cannot find anything like this over here - Wyn had a real job finding a coat for Reilly - so we are all so very grateful to you. Wyn is going to show Cyril the boots when he next visits Reilly and is also going to take some photos of Reilly wearing them. | I was reading an article in Dogs Today, the April
edition about German Shepherd Dogs with C.D.R.M. (doggy multiple sclerosis)
which is the same condition as Khan has. In this article they were
saying how difficult it was to find suitable protection for their
feet, if not impossible. I know that if we had not found you we would not be able to take Khan out at all. Then he would not build up any muscle on his back legs and would then not be able to walk at all ! With kind regards Lesley and Khan |

As we told you before, our dog has back problem and he just had second back surgery. Every time he walks, he drags his legs. Without dog boots, his nail worn down. | Roanna, I've been looking at backpacks for our Vizsla (hungarian pointers) over the past year or so. My biggest concern is that my dogs take major tours through the woods and the bulkiness of most backpacks on the market concerns me. My dogs rarely walk by us on the trail. I like the slim line of the saddle bags (most of the backpacks stick out 4-6" from the side of the dog on each side). My dogs eat a very concentrated low-volume food. so there's plenty of room to carry their food and treats for a couple night backpack trip - which will be the normal trips we do. | Roanna, The shoes arrived just in time! Two days ago, we received 12" of snow. Last night another 12". Took the dogs out for a walk yesterday and the shoes worked great. The adolescent greyhound's speed was not the least bit diminished by the shoes. She ran for almost 15 minutes (at full speed) in our fenced-in back yard and didn't notice in the least that she was wearing the shoes. Another success story for NeoPaws! Kind regards, Barb Godlew |

| Dear Neopaws, Hello, my name is Tim Beatty. My wife and I recently bought 4 shoes for our 1 yr old lab, Bocco. Unfortunately Bocco was hit by a car last spring and suffered a fractured left hind leg. The Vet was able to pin his leg however he lost feeling in his foot from a pinched nerve. Bocco gained his muscle back but he was dragging his paw under and landing on the top instead of on the pad. Bocco's paw then began to get raw and infected. We thought that bocco was going to need an amputation. My wife and I tried everything . We tried taping his foot up w/ medical tape but by the end of the first hour it would be torn off!. I even tried gel splints, and ace wrap. Then one day my friend recommended "Neopaws." We ordered the high performance dog shoe knowing that Bocco would need a heavy duty shoe because he is so active. A couple of days later they arrived. It took a while to adjust, but Bocco soon learned to like his new shoes. After a while we noticed that he was not landing on the top of his paw anymore. | Just a note to tell you that I received my order for
the all season dog shoes. I love the way they fit and they are
easier to put on. I have a pair of Muttlucks but they are somewhat
difficult to put on my dog's feet. The Neo-Paws shoes open and
the dog can easily slip his foot inside for a snug fit. I really
like the high tops. You would be surprised how many people stopped
their cars to look at him. You should pass some of your
flyers in Quebec where the weather has been quite severe and the roads

| Dear Ronnie, Thank you very much for giving me a Neoprene coat! That is so generous of you!! Is it possible that we get the coat in red? Red is our family trademark color :-) As a matter fact, Jaq's raincoat is doing great. But the Neopaws logo is coming off. Jaq wears it all the time and he plays in the snow with it. He also wears all his gear to York University (where I go to school) because I bring him to school all the time. There seems to be more people bringing their dogs to school ever since I started bringing Jaq. Of course!!! Jaq will for sure be wearing the Neo-Paws gear! | Dear Ronnie, Our dog when she was 6 months old got hip dysplasia and had two surgeries for it. Everything went well but at home she couldn't stand up because she slipped away on the floor all the time and she became very afraid to walk. So we had to look for solutions. One of them was placing carpet where she was the most but that wasn't enough to keep her up all the time, she had to go out too and couldn't. We had many sleepless nights over it till i thought of finding her dog shoes so she wouldn't slip anymore anywhere. We tried some dog shoes that we bought here in Belgium but they were not satisfying me nor her. So again we kept looking and I found Neo-Paws. The end of all problems for her and the end to sleepless nights for us. When we walked, he would stub his toes on the cement and they would bleed. | Hi, Roanna,Thanks so much. Poor Willa has horrible
late-summer allergies. This is the second year now. We've tried all
sorts of things to help, working with allergists, dermatologists,
homeopaths, raw foods, etc., over the past 2 years. She reaches her
back feet (she's managed to become quite the contortionist) and the
tips of her front ones and has been licking and chewing them bloody
when no-one is looking. We tried a couple of other boot styles last
year, but they were so flimsy and awkward on her feet. And she hated
them and spent all her time chewing them off. I really like the look
of your boot design on the web site, so we are very hopeful. Keep
your fingers crossed for her! And I'll let you know how they work
in protecting her paws through the rest of Willa's allergy season.

We went for a long hike on Labor Day and she did just fine, trotting right along. And best of all, of course, with the neopaws on, she can't chew her paws bloody. You should have seen them before we got the boots. Even with the e. collar on, she was still able to reach the tips of her front paws and, with some creative stretching, her rear paws. HI Ronnie: I am sending a picture of my dog Sophie wearing the neopaws life-vest. When I put the neo-paws vest on her, she didn't even notice it!! She loves retrieving sticks, and as soon as she got in the water she suddenly noticed she could float. It was funny to watch as she stopped all the dog paddling for a moment and seemed to enjoy just floating in the water. She now uses it to enjoy the coolness of the water without all the effort of paddling all the time. The importance of having a life-vest on her, became apparent when we had her out to open sea in our boat for the first time ..She had no idea how deep the water was, as she was up to this point, only use to slowly walking into the water from a beach. My husband and myself had no idea that she would just suddenly jump overboard in open sea!! The waves were fairly rough, and because she is only 10 lbs to begin with, the waves started washing over her, and we had to act fast to pull her from the water by using the convenient handle attached to the vest. It is definitely the best purchase I have ever made for her and needless to say, she will be wearing her life vest whenever she is around any water from now on! I was so pleased with my life vest, order I also bought the rain-suit. She has worn it many times here in St. Johns , Newfoundland< there is a rumor that we actually make fog here> and it was great. has been swimming several times with his life vest on. He loves
it. When we go clamming in the bay the water is shallow...but

Dear Ronnie, I just wanted to send you these great pictures of Jaq. We took these pictures at various festivals in Memphis, Tennessee where my family resides. As you already know, we bring our Jaq everywhere we possibly can and we always make sure to wear our Neo-Paws outfits! Each time we go somewhere with Jaq all dressed up in his Neo-Paws gear, people constantly inquire about where to get the stuff that Jaq is wearing. The weather is extremely sunny, hot, and humid in Memphis and the Neo-Paws hat was extremely helpful in providing shade for Jaq. But most importantly, the hat helps in avoiding heat stroke/exhaustion for Jaq. Everyone we passed either with or without their dogs asked us where we bought the hat because it looks much better than most hats they have seen. They also say that the hat is very fashionable and looks very cute on Jaq. Ever since we got the hat, we make sure never to let Jaq out of the house without it, especially in the summer. Dear Neo-paws, I go backpacking with my humans every
year. One year we could not find neo-paws in time for the trip
(my humans can be very last-minute). I had to wear shoes that
fell off every hour or so. What a pain! But this year, they

| Roanna, Thanks for the concern... definitely want to get this right the first time if possible. The dog has cancer on her right rear foot. She (Samantha) had radiation treatment in June and is missing hair on the bottom and top of her foot. Because of this, she gets acorns, sticks etc. in between her toes. I was only looking for one shoe and thought that 4 of the same size would mean 3 replacements. Do you think she should wear all four shoes at the same time? If you think that she should wear 4 at the same time, then her front paw is definitely a large, but the back ones are in between a large and medium, leaning more toward the large. (Better too tight than too loose?) She's 24 inches at the shoulder and 70 pounds. Thanks for the concern, makes shopping with you a much better experience. (A real person and all) Joy Baird |

| Roanna, No they don't fall off. They are plenty
roomy, but if I pull the strap real tight they stay on pretty well.
Of course he doesn't know how to walk in them very well yet, he walks
like a trotter bringing his feet up real high, I didn't know dogs
could do that with all four feet. Thank you for hanging in there with

Roanna, I met you near my home at Queen & Dufferin last year and I remember you telling me "my coats are the best ones made; they're neoprene". At the time I thought it was quite a boast but having had Molly wearing the coat for over a year I can testify that your coats are in fact the best. Molly has worn her blaze orange coat virtually every day from Sept 30 through April 30 and it still looks great. Considering that Molly is a rough and tumble 135lb Great Dane that spends a lot of her time with me fly-fishing (standing in the rivers) , and hiking it's amazing the coat has held up that well. She also wears her coat on her doggie-daycare bus trips as well as to High Park where she spends most of her time wrestling with other big doggies. The Neopaws coat is tough, highly visible, waterproof, warm, requires no maintenance and is form fitting. No other coat would have lasted 1/4 as long as your coat has. | Hi Roanna, You helped me fit my Shiloh Shepherd, Koby, with a pair of high performance boots last fall. Until just recently, here in Illinois USA, we have not had too much snow this winter, but the yard has still been a wet mess much of the time. I am now a big fan of dog boots. I show friends pictures of Koby in his boots, and when they say "boots, you're kidding?", I tell them they are the best thing to come along in a very long time, and I will never have a dog without boots again! No longer am I breaking my back toweling off wet, muddy paws, and wiping up wet muddy floors. It takes just a minute to put the boots on, and when Koby is done running around outside he comes in and all I have to do is take off the boots. If there is any cleaning to do it may be just a quick rinse under the faucet and we are good to go again. I am a true believer that boots are not just for sled dogs or search dogs, they are for every dog! Boots are not just for the dogs, they are for the dog owners! |

| Dear Neopaws, I am sending you this e-mail to let you know how much you have helped my pets. I first used your neoprene booties on my first Bouvier, Shadow. She had hip dysplasia and found it difficult to get up on the ceramic tile flooring in our house. She happily used them daily until she succumbed to cancer at age ten. My second Bouvier, Panda, now wears them and is appreciating the traction they give her on the tile floor since she has the same condition. I had looked in all my local pet stores and found other types of dog booties but none compared with the quality of Neopaws. When you love your animals and they have a chronic, debilitating disease it breaks your heart to watch them suffer. I know that your product improves the quality of their life and lets me enjoy them for a longer period of time and for that I will be eternally grateful. | Hi Roanna, You probably thought that I had forgotten you. Well you have probably forgotten me but I haven't forgotten your kindness and helpfulness. Have been traveling to Colorado Kansas All the states in between seeing old friends from days gone by. Spent 8 weeks on the road and have been busy here. But I said I would send you a couple of pics of the old friend of mine Buddy P.Chesapeake he is such a lover he walks fair but he still drags his hind legs. So the Neopaws really help him from dragging his knuckles or toes joints and loosing skin and then becoming raw and bleeding when he is outside. I only put them on him if we go for walks just out the door for a quick nature break in the grass don't worry of course the grass is not like the asphalt or concrete in places that we cross on or journeys. Well, Roanna don't want to take up all your day for you to read this I would crack a joke for I really like them ha ha ha ... But hey you have been really great to deal with and I would recommend these shoes to any body that has animals they are really great boots properly fitted and tightened around the ankles.... | Just a comment on your exceptionally fast service.
I ordered three life jackets on Sunday May 12. I received them on
Tuesday May 14! Wow. I am very impressed by the service
and by the life jackets . The dogs tried them on and they
all fit quite well - now - can you do anything about these cold temperatures??
We really are anxious to get out in the boat and try our new jackets
out! (that was from Morgaine, Gilmour & Olivia). So, thanks again.
I will be sure and recommend you to anyone looking for dog goods

As for my experience with the restraint it only took
Missy a couple of times with it on, and after a minute or so she accepted
it readily. She tries to shake it off as she does a lead with
a slide catch which she will shake off. The catches on the harness
are really strong, having given them a good pull to prove them.
Driving around with her, she is much more subdued than before when
someone had to hold on to her or I just tied her to the window crank.
That method is not very secure at all. She seems more assured
of her surroundings probably because of the secured feeling she has
with the restraint on. Now I can take her to the Vet.

| Dear Ronnie, I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much I love your Neo-Paws Dog Boots. I purchased the Regular Boots about a year ago for my West Highland White Terrier, Chloe. I have to tell you that I have tried just about every dog boot on the market and yours is definitely the best I have seen. Here is why I like your boots: 1) They are soft and flexible and mold easily to the dog's foot. Others I tried are not. 2) My dog has dew claws and the way you have designed these boots makes it possible to bypass that area when strapping them on. Other boots I have tried do not have that capability and my dog started to limp from the pain of the dew claw rubbing against her leg. Chloe can run and play in these boots without pain. Thanks!! 3) I also like the traction she can get with these boots. Other boots tend to be somewhat slippery. 4) I use these boots all year round. It is nice to come in from taking Chloe out to go the bathroom when it is raining, snowing, or whatever and not have to clean up water or mud from my floors; not to mention how nice and clean her feet are. Thanks so much for making such a wonderful dog boot. I have just purchased a second pair for her and I am sure I will be back for more in the future. | Dear Ronnie, Oliver's new rain suit arrived Friday, just in time to wear in all that rain we have been having. And the hood that attaches is great. Oliver looks absolutely fabulous in it and loves prancing around in it and it fits perfectly. You wouldn't believe how many people stop me and can't believe this great rain suit he is wearing. He is the hit of New York City. Upper Eastside. It also keeps him clean and saves me a lot of time on his grooming since he is a handsome Bearded Collie with a beautiful coat and is always well groomed. I have him groomed every two weeks so you know I am totally neurotic about the way he looks. I do tell everyone that stops me to call you or email and to give my name or Oliver's. | Aloha Roanna- A big MAHALO to you and the people at Neopaws! I received my booties yesterday . . . Thanks for the speedy delivery! However, I am having problems keeping the booties on straight. I ordered an XL for Willie, a golden retriever. You had called me earlier, which I really appreciated, to confirm the size but I guess I chose the wrong size . . . his paws aren't as chunky as I thought it was . . .I am going to clean up the XL pair and see if I can exchange it for a L pair. The video to put it on looked so easy . . . I guess it helps to have a well trained dog that stays still . . . ha ha! Jason |

| These boots are the best! Everyone I
show them to think they are far superior to the Muttluks. I
have to agree, the other "boot" seems more like a "sock" whereas,
the Neo-Paws is a real dog boot that stays on .
The Muttluks fall off easily and tend to turn on the dog's paws. Mindy
loves the new dog boots and she's been wearing them to Taylor Creek
park daily. She plays stick and ball just like she didn't
have any boots on at all. I show them to everyone I come across.
I would like to know locally who sells them. I advise people

| Roanna, The shoes has arrived. They fit and they are as great as you described on internet - the NIKE shoes but for dogs. Really good shoes. I never had any doubts about that! Thank you so much for your willingness to find a solution - very kind of you - really warms my heart! But I don´t want you to lose money on a product (already with a 20% discount). Should i get the high performance for frisbee in the snow (packed and kind of icy) or do you think he won't slip in these? Hi , A year ago I ordered 4 boots for my dog, he was 16 then he has since passed away am so sad to have lost him but so glad to had him just wanted to say thanks for your boots he wore them very well as long as he could. He succumbed to a brain tumor 7 weeks after his 17th birthday..Attached is the last photo of him the day before he started having catastrophic seizures.....He seemed so happy and I am sure he was but I guess his time was up..... We are very sad to tell you that Ruby is no longer
with us As she was very old and sick, our vet. assisted her passing
to avoid further, inevitable pain. A truly gentle creature, she gave
as much love as she received, and we loved (and still love) her dearly.
There will be a big hole in our hearts for a while, but we believe

| Hi, just FYI, received the extra-large Neopaws. They
were really too big for our Beardie, so I re-tried the size large
on him and was successful. Instead of returning the extra-large,
I'll keep them as well, as they are a good fit for our other dog,

Attached is a picture of Muffin using your suit to
keep her dry in the big mounds of snow. Although we got only 6 inches
of snow, 6 inches is huge for her. She absolutely loves to dive into
snow, but without the suit her long hair quickly gets clumped up with
snow, ice and salt. She'll then come back inside looking and smelling
like a wet rat. With the suit and shoes after a while in the snow
she comes back only a little damp around the face and feet. Wilson |

Dearest Ronnie, I wanted to comment on the wonderful lifejacket you created that we had a chance to buy for our little shih tzu Jaq! Marvin, Jaq and I are avid canoeists and a lifejacket for Jaq is a must. Marvin and I love the extra chest piece for extra buoyancy and security. I know dogs are natural swimmers but you can never be too safe. These two pictures attached were taken at Earl Rowe Provincial Park where we went camping and canoeing this past summer. I wanted to send you these pictures to so that you can see Jaq is super happy and comfortable wearing all of your Neo-Paws gear.....including the wonderful and stylish baseball cap! |
| Hi, the insoles arrived yesterday. They do make a
big difference! (I had my doubts when I saw how small they were!) Stormy's feet practically swam in the boots before I put in the insoles. Now they are still not snug, but the fit seems reasonable. The baby sock I was using as a liner is now optional, not mandatory. Thanks for sending the insoles! Heather |

week after I ordered them and we are pleased with the construction. They appear to be a very sturdy boot. Our English Springer Spaniel has allergies, which affect his paws. Unfortunately my eldest Bouvie, Panda, had to be euthanized on Feb. 4th. due to the her pain from Hip Dysplasia which no longer could be controlled with medication. She is sadly missed. However, I have 2 other Bouviers. One is free from ND and the other has HD. She is not at the point of needing Neopaws but one never know when that will happen. I KNOW that Neo- Paws helped us keep Panda longer that if we didn't have then since it helped her get traction on our tile floors. For that you have my enduring gratitude. | Ronnie, The neopaws really protected Madison's paws. I took her canoeing on the Current River in Missouri, and she swam or ran on the rocks for 12 miles with no paw damage and they also never came off. ......... ............ I am just making suggestions in how the shoes could be improved. I know that none of the other shoes on the market would have performed as well in such extreme conditions. | Hey! I wanted to let you know that we received
the shoes this week and we used them for the first time today
at the pool. Allie (our Golden) tolerated them very well!
She's never really liked her feet messed with, but she was soooo
good while we were putting them on her. She walked like a Tennessee
Walking Horse for a few minutes (which was hilarious!)... Once she was used to them, she was swimming like an old pro though! This has been a lifesaver (for her) - she would not have been allowed in the pool without those shoes - so I know she's a tired AND happy camper tonight! Thank you for all your help and for calling to verify that we were ordering the correct size. The personal attention is a great plus! Thanks again! We'll send along as many referrals as we can! | Hi Dolly and all, Just wanted to let you know that the size large shoes fit my dog Lance just fine. We went on a dog walk fund raiser last saturday in Mission Viejo, CA and several people asked about the shoes. I handed out brochures/flyers to them! It was a warm day so I'm glad Lance's feet were protected. There was also a "pet communicator" there and according to her Lance liked his new shoes especially on the pavement! I was also on the Santa Monica pier Sunday with Lance. He had on his shoes and again several people asked about them so I gave them flyers too! I'm so glad I got them because although it was a beautiful day the asphalt pavement was very hot but Lance trotted along with no discomfort! Thanks again for your assistance in getting the size to me I needed. I'm also looking forward to receiving the life jacket I ordered. | Hi Ronnie...I am in Colorado for a month so will not
be getting my mail until I get home on July 15th... Bodie wore booties on his front paws today..one of his pads is badly damaged from all the hiking we have been doing..the booties made the difference...he was able to hike with us all day instead of staying home...they stayed on in streams,mud, fields of high grass...terrific!!!
