| Dear Neo-Paws, My dog, Fly, and I are so thrilled with your dog boots! Fly is a 60 lb., 16 year old brindle-coated mix breed who has advanced spondylosis. She began to drag her hind feet a bit 6 months ago, which caused the nails to grind down to a nub from walking on the pavement here in New York City. They even started to bleed and I began experimenting with various dog boots. The ones she had been tolerating for the past months are simply a sleeve with a leather toe & velcro straps. With no shape to the foot, there was always excess fabric at the toes which she would drag and slowed her down. They also would wear through in just a few weeks. Well, your reinforced boots fit perfectly! She accepted them with no problem from the moment I put them on. Fly is back to doing an hour walk in the park every morning with myself & our 2 other dogs. She also doesn't slip anymore on the tile floor in our elevators. She is so stress-free on her walks now (same for me), I can't thank you enough! deal.It is a horrid thing when you watch them not able to walk through
"drop Paw" but he died of his own accord although he was

| I thought you would like to hear of a success story.
I have a dog Baylee who is a lab/spaniel/chow mix. At almost 2 years
of age, she has a lot of energy, but a small problem with a deformed
rear paw. On grass or snow, she is fine, but on pavement or rocky
areas she limps.
I went hiking in Southern Utah near the end of February. I purchased all four boots because there was a chance we would be hiking on rough rocks all day. That was not the case (we couldn’t get the “Wave†permit), but we did hike on rock and sand. I put the boot on her one paw, and she did great! I have enclosed 2 pictures of her, and feel free to use them. Although she stopped only for a brief second for me to take the picture, she was soon off running around. The summer boots stayed on better than the neoprene boots I had purchased before. The neoprene boots were still far superior to anything else on the market!! Thank you, Janis M. Huber and Baylee |

Just wanted to say we received our boots and I think we nailed it. J Thanks for adjusting my order; these boots should really help with the snowballs problem on our next snow hike. DuddyBear has long hair between his toe pads and it collects snow and jams up in-between his toe pads causing him to lie down and try to chew them off or pull them out every 20 steps or so. This should make for a much more enjoyable experience for him. Thanks for your prompt service and attention to our order. Outstanding service!

my german shepherd. They have been fantastic, no sore feet

Howdy, I realize that you are soon to board a plane, but I thought to send these photos of my Finnegan in his new shoes. I showed him off for the day and I was amazed at how many people stopped to ask me about them. People bring their dogs to beaches where the barnacles cut the pads, etc., something unique to the west coast. Also for running along hot pavement, rough surfaces---I had these types of conversations yesterday. Finnegan was a marvelous model for them--he is very handsome and tall anyway, and he loves people. | Hi :) I ordered a set of winter performance shoes for my Siberian Husky last summer and we've been using them all winter under high stress - and I'm happy to report they have performed flawlessly. I do think I would be better off with one size smaller, so I´ll be ordering in a new set soon. :) Right now I'm looking into getting saddle bags for Wolf (the husky). I'm not certain on the sizes you offer on the bags. Do they refer to the actual storing volume of the bags or is each size intended to fit a specified size of dog ? I just wanted to tell you how much I love Neo-Paws
products! If I had enough money, I'd buy so much more! Rowena, a small
Border Collie, is my service dog and when she plays too hard, she
wears the pads right off her feet (and keep on playing.) I could not
find dog shoes that were not just for winter. Being a puppy in the
middle of winter was tough on her little feet, her feet would get
cold, and she would pick each foot up one by one til she could no
longer stand! One day as we walked the roadside to an outdoor concert,
she stepped on a cigarette butt someone had just thrown out their
car window and she had burns between the pads of one of her feet.
Now, with her mesh Neo-Paws shoes, her feet are protected all year
round! The shoes also help her be more sure-footed thus causing less
stress on her hips (weakened by a dog attack last year.)

| Hi I ordered a raincoat for one of my dogs and received it so quickly. Thanks. The coat is great and it keeps her clean-she loves mud! And we have had so much rain here, it seems more like Vancouver. So the coat really makes life easier for her-Arwen- and for us. The coat fits great except that her chest is so deep it kind of pulls around her neck but the length on her back is perfect. Now I'll have to get her shoes and the paws will be clean too. Hello Ronnie, Thought you and the others may like to check Eddie out with his newly purchased Doggles and Booties. This pix was taken mid June at a go-kart Championship. We were constantly stopped and being asked for Eddie's autographs and picture opps. Big Men were hugging and kissing Eddie. Without shame!! Teenage Boys and Girls forgot about being cool and aloof. Eddie was just too cool and cute to resist. I love these Doggles as Eddie (almost 11) does have very sensitive eyes. The Booties were great for trotting on the hot gravel. Hi Neo-Paws ! I got the summer shoes for Aaron last week from you and he has no problem walking at all on these shoes. In fact he seem to walk quicker with your shoe. Maybe he know his paws are well protected. It never comes off even running and jumping at high speed. Once he grows a bit bigger, I will come over again for the high performance shoe. Just wanted to write back and say THANKS! My
11 year old German Shepard suffers from Degenerative Myelopathy and
she can't help but drag her hind legs. I live amidst a concrete jungle
with green space blocks away; getting her to and from the parks was
a real challenge. Thank goodness you make a set of shoes so she can
still enjoy playing outdoors and her walks without tearing herself
