| Hi Dolly, Thank you for all your assistance helping me to order the Neo-paws. They arrived within 5 days of ordering (as promised). Pooch has been wearing them happily for nearly a week now and is settling into them nicely. They have successfully stopped the damage to my wooden floors and pooch is not complaining because he no longer slips over. I will order a pair of the High Performance shoes in the future to use outside during winter. Although we don't have snow in Adelaide, it gets very muddy in the rain. Cheers! | Dear Neopaws; Just wanted to follow up and say thank you so much for the boot donation for Agnes the axe- attack victim's injured paw. It helped tremendously in keeping the fragile but mending tissue safe while she got some much needed exercise, and it stayed on! All her other cuts have mended well and she has such a forgiving nature, she is still capable of being friendly and trusting. She is now out on trial placement at a farm, we are hopeful it will work out, so long as she doesn't "herd" the horses... | Hi there, I am so pleased with my neo-paws order. I take them out of the package and show everyone how they work. So far everyone is pretty impressed and agree with me that the Muttluks just don't cut it - they always fall off and fill up with snow! | Dear Ronnie, Our twelve year old dog, Schatzie the Airedale, has had allergy problems for most of her life. At age six while traveling in our Prevost Bus Through Bend, Oregon we came accross a vet that figured out what was wrong. He concluded that Schatzie had allergies to grass and possibly the fertilizers in the grass. From that point on we had her in boots. But little did we know how awful they all would fit and not work. Finally, we came across your Neo-Paws ad in a pet subscription magazine and I immediately ordered them. Wow, they are so well fitting, so functional and our dog loves them. She just hauls out the door for her morning and evening walks and we can hardly keep up with her. Thank you for the NIKE fitting shoes for dogs. We only wish we had seen these long ago. | THE SHOES HAVE HELPED !!!!!! RP: My Labrador has OCD; I took her to the university clinic in Gent, Belgium. They never saw a dog on shoes before but they were pleasantly surprised by the condition her elbows were in, basically they considered it a miracle there was not more damage visible inside (they did look inside the elbow joints) X-rays showed some big peaces broken off. They came to the conclusion that I was going the right way with my lab. (Using shoes everywhere except on lawns and sand-beaches and no jumping). Neopaws: DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE SHOES ARE HELPING ? RP: Yes, the shoes are a perfect tool to support a Dog with OCD. She needs no medication; she’s happy, starts to run more and more every day (she only liked to trot the first years of her live). The professor at Gent University didn’t give me a paper saying shoes are the best solution, but she recommended going on with it, because my lab’s elbows looked so much better than expected. She didn’t know anyone else who tried it. (she made a picture of my lab on shoes to show her students, she saw the big difference in her paws sliding on the floor with and without shoes) If anyone has a question about their dog with OCD and your shoes, I’ll be pleased to tell them how well it worked out for me and my Labrador.Thanks for the quick reaction Rixta Pelt. |

Just wanted to send a picture of my dogchild Lance in his new shoes, notice the big smile!:) Took him shopping at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA and it was hot so we had a break in the shade to watch everyone! I think Lance likes the attention he gets when wearing his shoes and definitely likes not getting his paws burned on the hot pavement. | Dear Ronnie, I got the new package! The medium size fits Molly perfect!!!!!! Here is a picture of her! She doesn't look impressed right now, but she will learn to like it. : ) I am going to send back the large suit and the rain jacket. Do I just put them back in the same package and seal it. Then put that Return lable you provide, on it and throw it in the mail box??? Or do I have to re- ship it through the post office???? Thanks ever so much!!! | Hi Guy's, web site real easy to work, great products
and plenty of infomation. Need some help, if you can. My dog is a border collie about 12 years old ,not totally sure as I found him, wandering the streets, anyway he is now suffering from a liver complaint, which has made is feet very sore, I have bought Neopaw boots for him and they have helped him a great deal (Thanks) My problem now is that the bootsare rubbing the sores on his feet, do you or do you know of anyone that sells a "sock" or something similar that I can put on as well as the boots.? By the way he loves the boots, goes mad when we get them out of the draw, thanks for a great product, and thank Ronnie for all his help during the sale. Happy Easter to you All. | I am just writing to tell you that the neopaw summer
shoes are perfect for our injured dog who cannot feel her toes. I
have found no other product that compares even remotely to yours.
The abrasion on the dog's foot is finally healing and her toenails are growing back. Even better, her carefree spirit has returned and she can now again play unsupervised. It is obvious that every detail of the design was paid close attention. The shoe fits her perfectly. | Hi,
Bailey is wearing the large on the front and the M+ on the back. The largeare just a bit big for the front but she definitely can't get her front feet into the mediums. They are tricky to put on a frisky pup but they work great, esp. up here in the north ! She has great traction on the ice and if applied correctly, they for sure stay on, yeah !! She doesn't mind them at all (she's pretty cooperative so not sure if that means anything). I am returning the other 2 large boots by mail. thanks. Jadine Fong |

I thought you would like to hear of a success story. I have a dog Baylee who is a lab/spaniel/chow mix. At almost 2 years of age, she has a lot of energy, but a small problem with a deformed rear paw. On grass or snow, she is fine, but on pavement or rocky areas she limps. I went hiking in Southern Utah near the end of February. I purchased all four boots because there was a chance we would be hiking on rough rocks all day. That was not the case (we couldn't get the permit), but we did hike on rock and sand. I put the boot on her one paw, and she did great! I have enclosed 2 pictures of her, and feel free to use them. Although she stopped only for a brief second for me to take the picture, she was soon off running around. The summer boots stayed on better than the neoprene boots I had purchased before. The neoprene boots were still far superior to anything else on the market!! Thank you, Janis M. Huber and Baylee |

| I purchased a suit and set of shoes each for our
two standard Poodles-Remi & Minna a year or so ago. I sent a comment
& photos. You have them listed in your customer page. Well, we haven't had too much weather that warranted wearing their gear-until today! We got about 15" of snow last night. I almost wasn't going to go to the bother of suiting them up. Boy, am I glad I changed my mind!! I don't know what I was thinking. As I recall, one of my original comments was how nice it was to have two, dry, snowball-less poodles come inside. I was able to let them have a really good romp/play time. When they came in they were as dry as the proverbial bone. Now they are both tuckered out and napping. Thank you so much for a wonderful product!!!!!! Sincerely, |
